Meet the "Topline Team"
Dr. Jennifer Teigen, Veterinarian
Attended the University of Wisconsin River Falls for her Undergraduate degree, then went on to the University of Wisconsin Madison for her Veterinary degree. Dr.Teigen opened Topline Equine Veterinary Care in 2010 in order to specialize in the equine field. Dr.Teigen enjoys attending horse shows with her horses when she has free time!
Dr. Hannah Ludtke, Veterinarian
In spring of 2024 she graduated from the University of Madison and moved back to her home area to service equines, small ruminants, and small animals. Here at Topline Equine she provides routine equine dental cares. Outside of work she loves to read and to travel the world!

Kaylee Rinehart, Assistant
Will be graduating from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls in December of 2025 with a bachelors in Equine Science. She has plans to attend vet school in 2026 with a emphasis on equine. In her free time she enjoys barrel racing with her horse Dallas.
Tanya O'Connor, Veterinary Technician
Graduated in 2002 from St. Petersburg College FLA, Vet Tech Program. Her background/passion is in thoroughbred racehorses. She is excited to join TEVC as a team member. When not working, she is enjoying time with her family!
Jennifer Ortner, Office Manager
Lives in Olivet, WI with her husband Bob. She enjoys spending time with her kids and grandkids. Loves fishing and her animals. She also owns a pet sitting business.
